How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200. Your rate depends on monthly expense volume. We'll give you an exact number after looking at your accounts.
My books are months or years behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is priced as a Project-based pricing on how far behind you are and the volume of expenses involved. Once everything is current, we transition into regular monthly service.
Is there a contract?
No. We work on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime.
Do I need QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it set up yet, we'll get you configured and provide training so you know how to use it.
What do I need to do each month?
Connect your bank and credit card feeds so we can pull transactions automatically. Upload any receipts or documents we request. That's about it. We handle everything else.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes. We prepare your books so your CPA or tax accountant has a clean, accurate file at year-end. We also speak directly with your tax preparer if they have questions. Clean books often lead to better tax savings because every deduction is properly recorded.
Do you handle payroll?
We don't process payroll directly. If you need a payroll provider, we can point you in the right direction and make sure everything ties back to your books correctly.
How do I send you documents?
We'll set up a secure way for you to share files with us. You can also email documents directly. We walk you through the whole process when we get started.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not required. Most of our work is done remotely. If you're in the Chandler or East Valley area and prefer to meet face to face, we're happy to do that.
How quickly do you respond?
